• Cancellation Policy: Minimum 3 days notice prior to trip required to cancel trip without the penalty of charging for the entire trip. Only the Captain has the right to cancel a charter due to an unexpected situation such as inclement conditions, and the Captain will make every attempt to reschedule for another time, if possible.
• Maximum six passengers.
• The Jail Break is located at Saquatucket Harbor, Harwich Port.
• No children under 10 years of age.
• All trips include tackle, bait, and ice. Any lost or damaged equipment is the responsibility of the passengers hiring the charter.
• All offshore 10-hour trips will include a $400 fuel surcharge due to the current market.
• No drugs or hard liquor.
• Jail Break Charters does not do shared/split charters.
• All tuna 73″ and over belong to the boat (NMFS rules).
• Bring personal items such as sunblock, food, and a sweatshirt (it can be much colder on the water).
• T-shirts available to purchase on board (sizes may be limited).
• Wear comfortable shoes, such as sneakers.
• Mates work for tips. Gratuity much appreciated.
